PMBaseline
Choose the next move that fits the state you’re actually in.
/today → check-in → mode → next move → reflect → history
PMBaseline is a self-regulation and learning technology MVP I’m building to help users notice where they are, interpret what mode they’re in, take a right-sized action, and reflect on whether it helped protect or restore their baseline. The current version is intentionally non-AI while the core loop stabilizes, with bounded AI planned only after the system proves useful and reliable.
What it is
PMBaseline is a self-regulation and learning technology MVP I’m building to help users notice where they are, interpret what mode they’re in, take a right-sized action, and reflect on whether it helped protect or restore their baseline. The current version is intentionally non-AI while the core loop stabilizes, with bounded AI planned only after the system proves useful and reliable.
The product evolved from an early habit-and-minimum tracker into a baseline companion focused on honest state awareness—not performance at your best every day. It is not a generic habit tracker, productivity app, wellness app, or finished commercial product.
Core user flow: /today → quick check-in → suggested mode → right-sized next move → accept action → reflect → history. The underlying learning loop is awareness → interpretation → right-sized action → reflection → pattern recognition over time.
Current MVP
- Status
- Working MVP in beta — active development
- Stack
- Next.js, Supabase, deterministic interpretation engine
- Working today
- Authentication, quick check-in flow, stored interpretation results, recommended next actions, action acceptance, reflection, history, and a separated legacy prototype route
- Access

Product philosophy
PMBaseline is designed for self-regulation without shame or productivity punishment. Instead of pushing users to perform at their best every day, it helps them respond to the state they are actually in. The goal is not streak guilt. The goal is better self-knowledge over time: awareness → interpretation → right-sized action → reflection → pattern recognition.
What it demonstrates
- Designing a self-regulation loop that connects state awareness, interpretation, action, and reflection
- Building a working full-stack MVP with Next.js, Supabase, authentication, stored results, and history
- Making human-centered product decisions by stabilizing the core non-AI loop before adding bounded AI
- Translating a messy human problem into a structured product experience
