MentorHub

Mentor contact & support workflows

MentorHub grew out of thinking I was doing during my AmeriCorps service—exploring how mentors and program staff could maintain better contact with students, create more efficient support workflows, and layer in AI assistance through a dashboard or student-support system.

What it is

MentorHub grew out of thinking I was doing during my AmeriCorps service—exploring how mentors and program staff could maintain better contact with students, create more efficient support workflows, and layer in AI assistance through a dashboard or student-support system.

The prototype focuses on practical program operations: who needs follow-up, what support fits, and how to reduce the friction between noticing a learner need and acting on it. Rather than replacing human mentorship, it explores how structured workflows and lightweight AI layers could help coaches and program staff stay organized and responsive.

This is a concept prototype—not a deployed product—intended to show how student success, academic coaching, and education operations problems can be approached through systems design.

What it demonstrates

  • Student support and mentor follow-through workflows
  • Program operations and dashboard concepting
  • AI support layers for coaches and program staff
